How to use a USB Flash Drive for ReadyBoost!  Three simple steps!

Step One
Plug the USB into your Windows Vista or Windows 7 Laptop or Desktop PC USB 2.0 port.

Step Two
AutoPlay will ask whether to enable ReadyBoost, so click on "Speed up my system"

Step Three
Windows Vista will display the Readyboost dialog box. Select ˜Use this device" and then choose the amount of space you want to use by adjusting the slider. Click OK and you are done!

 

Want to change the amount of space later? That is easy! Just click My computer, right click the USB drive and choose properties, click Readyboost tab and use the slider to make the change!
