Cloudeight Smileycons Promo Refund Policy

Please read this carefully. By ordering Smileycons you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

We've done our best on the page at http://thundercloud.net/cdrom/Smileycons/ to describe exactly what the Smileycons software program is and what it does.  Before ordering please review the information on that page carefully.

We've made every effort to show exactly how the program works and what the program is intended to be used for. Smileycons is a fun program and its intended use is stated on the page mentioned above and reiterated below:

Smileycons is a program that makes it easy to insert animations, smilies, and emoticons into your email messages, newsgroups (where accepted), Web forums (where allowed) and Guest Books (where acceptable). A complete listing of email programs is available if you have questions. Most of the email programs it works with are listed on the page mentioned above. If you have a specific question about which email programs Smileycons works with please write to Smileycons@thundercloud.net .

Each registration key is generated exclusively for the name you submit with your order. Once the key is generated for your name it cannot be resold, replaced, distributed or refunded.

Cloudeight will process refunds for Smileycons only under the following conditions:

• 1. The product does not perform the functions as indicated on the page at http://thundercloud.net/cdrom/Smileycons/ and you find the information on that page is misleading. In your refund request please indicate what particular statement was misleading.

• 2. The software does not install or work correctly even after you've requested and received assistance from us or support@sofrayt.com .

• 3. Paypal's policy: PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy is designed to try to help buyers recover funds from sellers who do not ship the promised goods, and to reduce the risk of reversals for sellers who follow specified risk-reduction procedures. (A reversal, or chargeback, occurs when a buyer rejects or reverses a charge on his or her credit card.)
  
  PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy only applies to tangible, physical goods which can be shipped, and excludes everything else, including but not limited to: intangibles, services, quasi-cash and all non-tangible, non-physical goods.

In any case Cloudeight Internet will use its own judgment in processing refunds since each key is generated specifically for the buyer (or intended recipient if purchased as a gift). Once the key is generated we are not able to receive a refund from the product's manufacturer and therefore we reserve the right to use discretion in processing refunds.
