Cloudeight CdRom Return Policy:
In keeping with software industry standards,
we will gladly accept returns of software within 30 days of purchase in the unopened
CD-ROM mailer only. Full refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for
all shipping charges back to Cloudeight on returned items. Original shipping charges are
not refunded on returned items.
Cloudeight software that has been opened
is (1) provided with free technical support and (2) may only be replaced with the same
edition within 30 days of purchase in case of defect. If you receive a defective CdRom,
Cloudeight will replace upon notification by email. The return must take place
within 30 days of invoice date and may only be replaced with the same software.
Instructions:
(1) For software returns,
simply indicate the reason for your return on a piece of paper and wrap it securely with
the unopened CD-ROM. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS
or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Send the package to the following address:

Cloudeight Stationery is
compatible with Outlook98/2002 and Outlook Express running with
Win95/98/NT/2000/Me/XP. Screensavers and Wonderscreens will work on any IBM
compatible with sufficient resources as outlined on the Help pages for those specific
programs, no matter what browser or email client you are using. All files on the
Cdrom are in "exe" form.
* Note: Due to some copyright restrictions or prior
contractual obligations, some Cloudeight files are not included on the CdRom. In these
cases, you will have to go online to download some of the programs.
All works on the site and our Cdrom are created using
original graphics, graphics by specific artists (and used by special arrangement with that
artist), original photographs, or works believed to be in the public domain. We have used
reasonable diligence in ascertaining that the works, not created by CloudEight Internet
Designs, are in fact in the public domain. Some of our works are derivative works of low
resolution and no intrinsic commercial value and as such may be copyrightable. If the
works, which we believe to be in the public domain are not, and are copyrighted works, and
you are the creator, owner, or represent the creator or owner of these works, they will be
removed immediately after notification of proof of such copyright.
