Newsletters and Members Help Page Problems Receiving Newsletters, Address changes, Joining or Unsubscribing and Membership Information

• Become a Member of Cloudeight (It's Free!) To become a member of Cloudeight, you must join the Cloudeight Stationery Newsletter Mail list. We send out newsletters twice a month to notify you of what's new and include other useful information. Members receive a link to the special Members Only pages which include hundreds of Stationery, Quicknotes, Wonderscreens, and Screensavers only available to members. Click here to join!
   
• How can I find out if I am a Member? Just re-subscribe to the mail list (see below to subscribe) and if you are already a member, you will get an automated reply that states you are already a member. Otherwise, it will automatically subscribe you. If you are a member, it will not subscribe you twice.

• Unable to find Members Only Pages We do not require passwords or a log in for access to our Members Only pages. We include the link to our Members Page in the welcome letter you receive when you join any of our newsletters, and we always include the information for members pages in all Cloudeight newsletters. If you have lost your welcome letter, and you do not have a newsletter, contact us and we will send you the information. If you are trying to download or install a Members Only Selection, and are told that you must be a member, it means you are NOT on the Members Only page!
   
• Create a Desktop Shortcut to the Members Page  We recommend making a desktop shortcut or bookmark the members only page. For easy access to the Members Page, you can put a shortcut on your desktop. Simply right click when you are on the members page, and choose "create shortcut." When you want to visit the members page, just click the page icon on your desktop and you will be there!
