Here are the instructions received from MSN for setting up MSN8 in your Outlook Express so that you can send and receive email stationery:

Outlook® Express and Outlook XP are compatible with MSN Web based account. However, Outlook 2000, 98 and 97 are not. Please visit the below given link to configure Outlook Express with your Web based account.

To setup your Web based account in Outlook XP, please follow the instructions given below:
1. Click Tools and then click E-mail Accounts.
2. Under E-mail, click Add a new e-mail account.
3. On the Server Type dialog, select HTTP.
4. On the Internet E-mail Settings dialog, enter your information. Be sure that HTTP Mail Service Provider is set  to MSN.
5. Click Next and then click Finished.

Note: Once you set up your Web based account in Outlook Express, you will no longer be able to access the offline feature in Outlook Express.  However you may still avail this feature if you download MSN8 software.
