Are you a member but not receiving our newsletters?

We send out Cloudeight Newsletters twice a month and Information Avenue once a week. If you have signed up but are not getting your newsletter(s), try and rejoin in case your name bounced off the list (it will bounce if not able to be delivered after two attempts). Be sure that pr1.netatlantic.com and thundercloud.net are allowed domains if you or your ISP are using any kind of email filtering programs.

If it says you are already a member, and you are not getting them, it means either you or your ISP (dialup or cable provider) have a filter on the email that is deleting the newsletter.

We have only known of a few ISP that are choosing censorship for their paying customers, but you may want to check and see if this is the case. Otherwise, you should be getting the newsletters if you are certain you are on the list, and if you are certain you did not set an accidental mail block.
