Start Page Site Of The Day - March 12, 2008 HULU We don't want to be scooped, but this site is going to be revealed in every type of media today and you're going to be hearing about it soon if you haven't already. It's called HULU and it's a joint effort by CBS and NewsCorp that allows you to watch your favorite TV shows and movies for free online. You can watch episodes of current hit TV shows as well as some of the most popular shows in TV's semi-illustrious history. Well, it depends on what you call entertainment. For instance you can watch full episodes of McHale's Navy, Fantasy Island, I Dream of Jeanie, and others - on your computer. As if TV hasn't invaded our lives enough, now TV comes to your PC. Full episodes of recent shows, full-length movies, and hit shows from the past are all just a click away. If you're really a TV junkie, and have a blog or Web site, you can even embed (legally) content from Hulu.com in it. For example, one of TC's favorite shows is "House". House is TC's alter-ego. The kind of doctor he would have been had he had enough brains to be a doctor. We're all really glad he didn't because cynicism probably doesn't belong in a doctor's psyche - although it does make for good TV. So, since our job is to keep you informed, first thing in the morning, everyday, we want to make sure you're aware that www.hulu.com is premiering today on the Web. If you're not interested, you should visit anyway just so you can say you know what it is. You don't want to be hearing about it for the next three weeks and not know, do you? If you're really not interested and don't care, then you're invited to watch House (courtesy of www.hulu.com ) right here. Broadband connection is recommended. We don't even know if it works on dial-up since we don't have any dial-up connections. If you're using dial-up and you want to try to watch, please do. Satisfaction is not guaranteed.
