Other than a type of four-legged animal or a brand of pick-up truck, RAM in computerese means "Random Access Memory". In common terms the term RAM is synonymous with main memory, the memory available to programs.

What does "Case Sensitive" mean?
CaSe senSitive meAns it matteRs if you use caPitals or small letTers. Windows is very forgiving in this rEgard, but passwords are not. Most passwords are sensitiVe to caSe. So if your password is CHARLIE901 you can't use charlie901. Another tip: Before typing in your password make sure your CAPS LOCK is not on.

What is a local file? It means a file stored on the hard disk of your computer, as opposed to a file stored on the web or another remote computer.
