How to Set Up Outlook Express So That You can Send and View Attachments

We want to caution all of you again about opening email attachments directly from an email. Please remember to save the attachment to your desktop and scan it with your Anti-Virus program before you open it (for instructions on how to scan an attachment with your Anti-Virus program, consult its help section). Remember it doesn't matter if the sender of the attachment is your dearest friend, they may not be aware they're sending it. Many viruses set themselves up to send automatically. If you don't have an Anti Virus program you can get a great one free at http://avast.com/  Also remember to update your Anti Virus program at least weekly. Consult you Anti Virus software manufacturer for update procedures.

Now on with the tutorial! You must change the setting in Outlook Express "Security". From the Main Outlook Express program window click on tools. Go ahead and click on "Tools" now.
