An Open Letter To All Of You

We were overwhelmed with your response to last week's "Thundercloud & Eightball Are Stoopid" Rant. As we read through the hundreds and hundreds of emails, we were humbled by your letters. Your loyalty and kindness were a greater reward to us than the millions of dollars we may have passed up. You touched our hearts and our souls with your kind words.

We promise you that we will never change the way we operate our company - even if it means the end of Cloudeight. Far better to be true to yourself than to join the charlatans and miscreants who think of human beings as dollar signs and a crop to be harvested. All that matters to them is how much they can reap for themselves. You exist only as a creature for their amusement. You are dollar signs to them. But, those who plant bad seed will reap the crop they sowed.

We have gotten ourselves in trouble several times for calling a spade, a spade. We've had a few sleepless nights when threatening letters were delivered to us. We continue to fight the good fight and wait for our adversaries to make the next move. We're not going to back down, we're not going to give in, we're not going to let you down. Not ever.

As we read over your emails we wished we could have sent each of you a personal reply to tell you how much we appreciated your kind words and encouragement. But, there we so many! And, unfortunately, we had other obligations which demanded our time; still we apologize for not being able to answer each of you personally. Certainly each of you deserved a personal reply. But, this week, we had a new stationery collection to make (see http://thundercloud.net/stationery12/poetic/ ) a new free screen saver to create, hundreds of product support mails to answer (we still answer each one personally), plus all the other things that running a business entails.

But, you know, Eightball said "Reading through these replies to the RANT makes it all seem worthwhile". And, it is so true! All the hassles, all the work, all the fourteen-hour days, all the things we've given up in our personal lives, all worth it because so many of you appreciate what we do and care about us.

Indeed, we feel like we know many of you personally and wish we could reach out to each of you and tell you how much you are appreciated. Since we cannot do that, we wrote this Open Letter to you. Please know that each one of you is special to us. You really are.

To those on limited incomes who apologized for not supporting us financially, please do not apologize. There is nothing to apologize for. Your support is appreciated. If you want to help us, just keep telling your friends about us and keep spreading the word. That means as much as financial donations or purchasing our products. We understand that many of you have limited incomes and we wish you well. Just remember, you're important to us! Keep on visiting our Web sites and downloading or stationery and other free things - and keep spreading the word about Cloudeight. Also, share the knowledge you've learned during your time with us with others.

To those who have supported us by buying our products, using the programs we have recommended, or who have made generous donations - there are no words to tell you how much we appreciate your generosity. We promise you that we will continue to improve our products, our information, our newsletters, and create new products we hope you will find useful. We thank, with all our hearts, those of you who have supported us financially. Without you we would not be on the Web today.

Finally, to those of you who read but didn't get a chance to respond to last week's Rant, we thank you too. By subscribing to our newsletters you are supporting us. We know that each of you have personal obligations and responsibilities and you don't have a lot of free time. We know you're out there and we thank you so very much for trusting us with your subscription.

We had tears in our eyes as we read through the hundreds and hundreds of emails that you sent in response to our "Stoopid" Rant. You've touched our hearts. You give us more than you know. Your trust and loyalty means more to us than all the money in the world and we will never let you down. Thank you all so very much!
