Outlook Express 6.0 users: Prior to Outlook Express 6.0, you could set up a Hotmail account easily in Outlook Express by clicking on 'tools' from the top toolbar and click new account signup "hotmail."   This feature is no longer available in Outlook Express 6.0, but you can still get a Hotmail account and set it up in Outlook Express 6.0   The following will guide you from start to finish! You can set up several different Hotmail accounts in your Outlook Express, in addition to your regular mail address.
