IMPORTANT NOTES:

 If you're using Windows 8, 8.1, or Windows 10, right-click on the installation file and choose "Run as Administrator" or you won't be able to install.

Also, you may get a warning from your browser saying this file is not commonly downloaded - no kidding!  And it will infer the file is dangerous. It is not. Chose to "Keep" the file (all browsers give you that option).
