This is "Miranda" by CloudEight Stationery. This background is based on an oil painting by John Waterhouse (1849-1917) called "Miranda-The Tempest" painted circa 1912. It is currently displayed in the Art Gallery of Ontario. We've modified it for use as stationery and are proud to include "Miranda" in our stationery collection we call "The Sea". We hope you enjoy it!
