			Computer Checkups - Your Cloudeight Direct Computer 
			Care Season Ticket entitles you to 3 computer checkups per year.
			System Restore - we will make sure this is turned on and set up correctly.  If using 
	Windows 8, we will make sure your backup/file history is setup if you have 
	an external hard drive. - we will make sure this is turned on and set up correctly.  If using 
	Windows 8, we will make sure your backup/file history is setup if you have 
	an external hard drive.
			Diagnose and fix computer errors 
			before they become major problems
			Priority scheduling for service calls 
			so we can get your computer serviced as 
quickly as possible.
			ANYTIME SUPPORT - If you request Anytime Support, 
			we'll set up unattended sessions. When that is set up, all you have 
			to do is let us know you need help and we can connect to your 
			computer anytime as long as your computer is online. You don't even 
			have to be present.
		
Additional Important Information
		
		Special Circumstances:
		
		If your computer can only be fixed by a 
		re-install or recovery of Windows, we will provide written instructions 
		on how to do this. Once you've done the reinstallation and/or recovery, 
		we'll reinstall your security software, configure it and check things 
		over for you. to make sure it's optimized for best performance. This is included 
with your SeniorPass.
		
		The following services are NOT included with your SeniorPass:
		
			- 
			Hardware setup or replacement/repair
- 
			Home Networking.
			
- 
			Windows Update problems.
			
- 
			We do not install third party software programs or provide 
			troubleshooting for third-party programs. We do install, configure 
			and provide help with Emsisoft and also offer free installation and a free 
			90-day license for Emsisoft is included with our Cloudeight Direct Season Ticket Annual Service 
			Plan.
-
