  • Unlimited care and/or repair sessions for computer problems/repairs, to include:
    • Slow startup or errors
    • Adware/Malware or Trojan/Virus and rootkits removal and uninstall of any questionable programs
    • Computer freeze ups
    • Computer running slow or recurring error messages
    • Browser problems, pop-ups, search or start page hijackers
    • Email problems and troubleshooting.  (most email clients)
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose Windows issues 
  • Configure Windows Settings with first service call, to include system optimization, configure startup/services and cleanup of clutter and junk files., to include system optimization, configure startup/services and cleanup of clutter and junk files.
  • Backup Service - Upon request, we'll be glad to setup a good backup plan using File History on Windows 10 and Windows 11.n order to set up a backup you'll need an external hard drive and an USB flash drive or blank, writable CD/DVD.
  • Malware/Virus deep scan- We'll check for malware and virus infections on your computer by doing a deep scan.
  • Up to three Performance Tune-ups if needed while SeniorPass is active.
  • Computer Checkups - Your Cloudeight Direct Computer Care Season Ticket entitles you to 3 computer checkups per year.

Additional Important Information

Special Circumstances:

If your computer can only be fixed by a re-install or recovery of Windows, we will provide written instructions on how to do this. Once you've done the reinstallation and/or recovery, we'll reinstall your security software, configure it and check things over for you. to make sure it's optimized for best performance. This is included with your SeniorPass.

The following services are NOT included with your SeniorPass:

  • Hardware setup or replacement
  • Home Networking.
  • Windows Update problems.
  • Printer setup
  • We do not install third party software programs or provide troubleshooting for third-party programs. We do install, configure and provide help with Emsisoft and also offer free installation and a free 90-day license for Emsisoft is included with our Cloudeight Direct SeniorPass upon request.
  • We do not provide software training lessons.
