This is "Sea Sirens" from CloudEight's "The Sea Collection", stationery for Outlook Express. This stationery is based on John Waterhouse's "Ulysses and The Sirens" painted circa 1912.  Waterhouse's most famous work was "The Lady of Shallot". An exhibit of John Waterhouse's artwork can be seen at the Art Gallery of Ontario.
