How to Check your Security settings so that your email stationery will scroll:

First, click Tools in your mail program

Click Tools in your Outlook Express

Then click the Security Tab and do the following:

Then click the Security Tab

NOTE: Setting to Restricted will prevent scrolling if you do not like the scrolling effect.
