What are Quicknotes? Cloudeight Quicknotes stationery are non-scrolling, non-musical stationery; they supplement our huge library of scrolling, musical, stationery for Outlook and Outlook Express. Many are Members Only, so if you would like access to the member's only selection and to be notified whenever we release a new collection of stationery please accept our invitation to join our mail list .

How do you install and use them? Be sure to follow the same three steps you use for stationery so that Quicknotes! will have preset margins and text color! Click here for easy-to-follow instructions on how to download, and for help on how to use, click here!

Why do so many say Members Only, and How can I get these?  Collections marked with ** are available only to Cloudeight Mail List Members. Membership is free! Click here.  If you are already a member, you must go to your Members Only page to download the Members Only selections. Members page is included in all Newsletters, as well as your welcome letter you received when you joined.

Why are Quicknotes only available as full collections?  Quicknotes are only available in sets because of their small size. If you install a set and decide you don't want all of the ones included in the collection, its easy to remove the ones you don't want. Go to our FAQ page, Question #6 for assistance on how you can easily uninstall them.

Are Quicknotes only for use with Outlook and Outlook Express?  Quicknotes are optimized for these programs only. They can be used with Netscape, but we do not offer support for Netscape. If you know how to apply backgrounds to Netscape mail, you can use them! We are not compatible with Incredimail and WebTV users cannot use them.  More on compatibility can be found on our FAQ page Question #1

Can I rename my Quicknotes or Quicknotes folders so it is easier for me to find the one I want? All Quicknotes carry a common prefix for ease in identification: qn1, qn2, qn3, etc.  If you installed Advanced option, which makes a folder for each set, the folder will have the name Quicknotes1, Quicknotes 2, etc.  Yes! You can change the name of the folders to any name you want for ease in finding and/or categorizing what you want. You can rename the htm portion of the Quicknotes, but do NOT rename the jpg/gif (pictures) or the Quicknote will no longer work properly. You can even move the ones you want to any folder you want, but be SURE that you always keep the htm and the jpg of each Quicknote in the same folder!  More on moving, renaming, etc, can be found on our FAQ page Question #12
