A comment from Patricia When Cloudeight Direct Computer Care was originally announced, I purchased three sessions on a special offer with no idea how or when I might use the sessions. I now that I received great value at an exceptional price and I’m thankful I took the plunge with my initial purchase. I used the first session when I received a new computer from my company as a retirement gift. I was using more than one email address and Cloudeight did a wonderful job of setting up my Windows Live. I used the second session to get the newsgroup that I am involved in set up to go directly to my Windows Live mail which made it much easier to check the messages. Previously I used a different program that was exclusively for newsgroups. I scheduled the last session when my computer began to give me an error message when I shut the computer down. Cloudeight scheduled the session for today and my problem was swiftly solved. I appreciate the friendly service as well as tips received during the session. My husband's computer was running with only 33mb of RAM available. It is an older computer running XP. It was so slow and he relies on it for his business. Cookies had also been turned off and I had several add-ins installed along with 4-5 Java versions. I was not able to open any Videos. TC was my tech once I allowed access to my PC. It took longer to explain the problem than for TC to fix. I explained the problem and in just a few minutes TC was having me check and the problems were fixed. I was expecting to be online for a couple of hours but in less than 20 minutes I was checking and the problem was gone. I was able to see what was being done at all times.
