First, let us reassure you that Cloudeight, the largest provider of email stationery onthe internet, would NEVER make a change to your mail program, your system, or itsregistry. To the best of our knowledge, the only other stationery provider that doesthis is " Stationery Central." When you install their program, it makes yourmail program so that no other stationery will work, except theirs. Here is how torestore your system back, so that you can use email stationery again:
- Since they do not provide an uninstaller for the changes they make to your system, you will have to do it manually. First, go to Start, then Settings, then Control Panel. Choose "Add/Remove Programs and scroll down to find their program and choose "uninstall"
- There are other changes you will have to fix still. In your Outlook Express, look at the top menu (click here for picture) and Choose "Tools" then choose "Options". Now, click the tab that says "Compose" and in the middle of this window make sure NO boxes are checked! You may find the little box in the middle called "Mail" will be checked. If so, uncheck it. - Now, click the tab that says "Send" and near the middle you will see a button called "HTML Settings" (click here for picture). Click that button and make sure the little box is checked that says "Send Pictures with messages: is checked; it must be checked! (Click here for a picture)
