Cloudeight Subscribers Using Microsoft Accounts Should Start Getting Your Premium Newsletter Again on Friday

We’re happy to tell those of you who are subscribed to our InfoAve Premium newsletter (email addresses ending in @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, @msn.com, @live.ca, @live.com) should be getting your newsletter on Friday.

We’ve been working with our newsletter service to fix this problem caused by Microsoft blocking mail from certain IP addresses – one of them ours. We don’t know why they did this, but the service we use to send our weekly “Cloudeight InfoAve Premium” newsletter, has fixed the problem and everyone should be receiving our Premium newsletter, as usual, beginning Friday, November 15, 2019.

    Wish it was for AOL too. I get my Daily every day. I just don’t get my Premium one on Fridays. Can’t understand why not.

      If you’re not getting our newsletter at AOL it does not surprise me. AOL is part of the Yahoo/Verizon group called Oath. Last spring we lost thousands of Yahoo subscribers. If you get a Gmail account or a Hotmail or Outlook.com account (both free) I can get you subscribed with you new address. I sure would not advise you rely on an AOL account. You should have a reliable backup address anyway.
