Run commands are an easy way to access features of Windows without having to click on your Start button, browse through your Control Panel or any menus at all. All you have to do is press your Windows Key plus the “R” key to bring up the Windows “Run” dialog. Type any of the following commands in the Run dialog and click “OK” or press the Enter key. Most of these commands work in all popular versions of Windows (Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7) unless otherwise noted.
