Starting this weekend, users can help raise money for victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines by simply surfing the Web.

Tab for a Cause, the organization behind a Web browser extension that donates money to charity every time users open a new tab on their browsers, said it will donate an extra $0.10 for every user who signs up for the service between Saturday and Tuesday.

The campaign is set to coincide with Giving Tuesday, a new holiday meant for users to give to charities after excessive shopping on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The money donated by Tab for a Cause will be given to Action Against Hunger’s Typhoon Haiyan fund.
