A Cloudeight Poll: What Web Mail Do You Use?

What Web Mail Do You Use?

We highly recommend that everyone have a least one web mail account. There are a lot of reasons why, but two of he main reasons are:

  1. If you change your ISP you have access to at least one mail account
  2. If you get a new computer you have access to at least one email account as soon as you turn  on your new PC

There are a lot more reasons why everyone should have at least one Web mail account.  When we say Web Mail we mean a Web mail service like Gmail or Outlook.com (Hotmail, MSN.com, Live.com are all Outlook.com now – all Microsoft accounts). We’re not big on Yahoo for a variety of reasons, but Yahoo is another Web Mail service.

So, today we’d like you to take our poll, whether you use a Web mail service or not, and let us know if you use a Web Mail service, which one you use, or if you use multiple Web Mail services.

Thanks for participating in our poll!

The only webmail service I would ever use is gmail. I have several gmail accounts that I use when I sign up for things at sites which I feel might sell my email address or. I got my first gmail account when they first started and onl available by invitation. Boy how things have changed at Google AND gmail.

I have basically all of the above web email accounts – but I have all of them go into my Microsoft Office Outlook email client. I never access them through their web based service. I simply have a column on the right which tells me which web account they came from. That way I have access to lots of emails from various web based accounts all in one easy to access account.

I use 2 email accounts. 1 is with my ISP and this takes all newsletters and companies that I order from onlline, then when I read them and want to keep them, I send them to my yahoo email and place them which ever folder they should go. I have the Yahoo account, because it is linked with my iPad and iPhone, so that whenever I go away on vacation I have access to my email account, and contacts so that I do not come home to over 100 emails, plus I receive all notifications of due bills through my yahoo account. Yahoo is worldly known, and I have no trouble using it when I am away on vacation, whereas when I try to use my ISP email address I cannot get access to it.

I use Gmail. I also use Rogers which uses Yahoo as its web mail. Yahoo is blocking newsletters from InfoAve Premium so am now trying to switch my account over to Gmail. My last newsletter was mid Oct. I also have Outlook but never use it.

I have had no problems with Incredimail and have used it for many, many years – although you condemn it. I wish you would make the stationery that you make for Thunderbird for Incredimail too – as you used to.
