All About Our New Universal Contact Form
We had a rare problem with our website on Tuesday (7/4/23) and in order to keep it up and running until we could diagnose the underlying problems with the web server, we had to turn off all the forms on our site.
To the public, our forms appeared to be working normally, but the underlying mechanisms that make our forms work were not – so if you filled out a contact form on Tuesday or Wednesday, we never saw it so that’s why you never got an answer. So, if you tried to contact us on Tuesday (7/4/23) or Wednesday (7/5/23) and didn’t hear back from us, now you know why.
Making things simpler
When we got the site running normally again, Darcy & I discussed the confusing array of contact forms we had on our site and decided to simplify things by having one universal contact form you can use to ask questions about anything – your computer, a problem you’re having with email or a program, or ask about Emsisoft, or any of our services, or make a comment.
