This all sounds great, but am I missing something? Read the whole article but didn’t see any recipe for any of these items or a link to where I might find them. Did I miss something?

I found no recipes either, though I do have a few books on the subject. Though a bit time consuming and a little messy, making these things is fun, and they really do work. I hope that you can find the actual recipes in this article so I can add to my stash! Thank you.

If you hover over the title of each picture you’ll find it’s the link. Some of this stuff sounds interesting and I’ve bookmarked it for later evaluation. My local senior center had a mini workshop recently on making balms and salves. I participated and it’s a fun process but to do this at home you need a spare pot or two, measuring spoons/cups and stirrers. Actually, I’m thinking of going to the thrift shop for those — great stocking stuffers.
