How to Clean Anything – Cloudeight Website pick

By | April 11, 2011

If you’d ever come to my house, you’d understand why I chose this site – not that EB’s is much better. I wouldn’t say my house is not clean, but it’s cluttered. I’m a clutterer  – a pack rat …. hmmm…a slob. Don’t dislike me. I’m a lovable slob. Right now there are 3 cans of Diet Rite Cherry Cola sitting next to me – none of them empty. Almost though.

However, as much as I’d like to think that the first paragraph has anything to do with the our site of the week, it doesn’t. I’ll have to think of a good segue. OK got it! While our site of the week has nothing to do with computers (well, maybe in a way it does) it has something to do with every one of us. Unless we want to be infested with bed bugs (did you know that the state in which I live is also the bed bug capital of the USA? Honest! Ohio is the bed bug capital. I’m so proud.) So those of you who live in Ohio with me, really need this site. Does keeping your house clean have anything to do with bed bugs? They drink blood. They really do. Maybe all those vampire books that are floating around are the reason why bed bugs are bedeviling Ohio – and other states.

Anyway, our site of the week will show you how to clean anything. And before you think you know how to clean anything, trust me, you don’t. There is more than one way to skin a cat and more than one way to clean things – and this site shows you many of them. I think you’ll enjoy it, even if, like me, you don’t really intend to turn into a cleaning tornado.

How’s that for a segue?

Here’s what the clean folks at our site of the week have to say for themselves:

“Welcome to HowToCleanAnything.com. The idea for the site started with a group of cleaning professionals getting together to exchange tips and techniques. The idea developed in what you see today. There are more than 1300 free cleaning tips on this site, and growing every day. Remember we enjoy hearing from visitors with their ideas and tips, as well we love sharing cleaning techniques that have been gathered over the years and hope they help you… With more than 20 million visitors since we started, we look forward to helping the next 20 million… To do this we created an expandable database that can be searched and accessed through our web site. The database is extensive, and continually expanding, in fact our resource is over 1,000 tips, which includes information ranging from stain removal to effective home remedies. The database also grows with the responses from our forum of professionals who respond to visitor’s unique cleaning problems. To date we have answered thousands of individual questions. And yes, there’s more…”

Trust me, they have much more to say about themselves, but it’s time you take a trip to today’s site pick and find out more about the site – and learn how to clean anything. And I do mean anything. Go ahead, take a look at  HowToCleanAnything.com. You’ll find a lot of great cleaning tips and much more.

Thanks – great site for cleaning tips, it looks like I’m not the only one that want to anything to do with Windows.

By the way, it may be a good idea to loose that “Trust me” thingy, those are first people I normally don’t. Why would they need to say that?
