We just wanted to let you all know that our power came back late yesterday afternoon and the Internet (cable) came back on this morning — so we’re going to be busy catching up with all the mail we have received since last Saturday (12/21/2013).
As far as we know, all of you who ordered things from us have received them. We were not able to answer any support mail — we hope to get caught up by tomorrow afternoon.
If you ordered something from us and haven’t received it — or you requested a Cloudeight Direct Computer Care session and haven’t been scheduled — please let us know. We will be back to work and scheduling Direct Care sessions for the week of January 6, 2014 – so all of you who have requested sessions will be scheduled for that week.

YAY! so glad for you that you have power again. I can’t imagine being without power for that long. In some ways people long ago had it better in times like those than we do today. They had coal stoves in the living room, gas lanterns for light, a well that they could pump water with, but then of course they only had the “outhouse” LOL They could make do much easier than people can today. Happy New Year!
My heart goes out to you guys. I know how it is to be without power for an extended time as we lived on the gulf coast with hurricanes. When the power comes back on we realize how good we do have it. God bless you both for what all you do for us. Like power going out & missing it, we, too, miss you guys when we don’t hear from you. See, we are spoiled to your daily news letters.

So happy to hear that your power has been restored. I cannot even begin to imagine what it would be like to be without power for THAT long in the middle of Winter. I live in South Central Pennsylvania and back in 2011, our area got hit by a big Halloween snowstorm. We had had warm days (50’s) preceding that storm, so it wasn’t so bad… at first. The power was off for 27 1/2 hours, and after about the first 12 things started to get REALLY COLD. Again, I cannot begin to imagine what you guys went through, but I did remember you in my prayers every day (always do!) and am so happy to hear that things are back up and running. Thanks to both of you for all of your hard work in 2013. May 2014 bring more business and prosperity to you. Happy New Year!
So glad you have some hydro again….and internet! Hope you guys didn’t freeze too bad and your typing fingers have some blood flow going again! I learned my lesson a few years ago and we got a wood stove and a generator….so we had limited internet wifi and we had plenty of hear. Cooked on the top of the woodstove so we didn’t starve! We didn’t gain the usual Christmas pigout weight though so there was an upside! I would like to wish you a Happy New Year and a Happy, Healthy & Prosperous New Year! I am hoping to contribute to that prosperity in the New Year! Thank you so much for all you do and for staying who you are….two people with rare integrity in this insane world! ♥
