I paid the $9.00. I got a receipt number. I downloaded the WinPatrol and it says I need a registration number. Says I have the free version. I paid for the Plus one. Where can I get the registration number so I can get the Plus one?

As stated on the thank you page you are directed to after you order — “all orders are processed manually and filled within 24 hours.” You placed yours late yesterday and I filled it personally this morning.

Your email was re-sent. Always check your Gmail spam folder. Gmail is good, but not perfect. Plus they never delete or block email addressed to you without notifying you (mail which contains executable attachements may be blocked, but you’ll be notified) unlike many ISPs.

Your order was processed and sent the day you placed it. You have an earthlink address associated with your PayPal account and that is the address we sent it to. This morning I forwarded your order and your key code to your Gmail address.

Again, this illustrates the problem with ISPs who filter/censor your personal email.

I purchased the lifetime license for WinPatrolPlus 2 days ago and paid via PayPal. My PayPal account was debited for the $9.00. The screen said I would receive my license within 24 houss. That was 48 hours ago and I have received nothing!

This is my 2nd request. There was no response to my first request. At lease please acknowledge you have received my complaints!

Your order was filled on the day you placed it. We answered both of your requests for help. Finally this morning, I forwarded you the information using my personal email address in hope that you receive it.

Your case illustrates why you should never allow an ISP to control your email. COX has decided that our order fulfillment was spam and blocked you from receiving it… and this clearly demonstrates the dangers of allowing an ISP to control your inbox. If you can’t get rid of cox email censorship, you should use a Gmail address to place orders with.

You have no idea how many times this has happened to you in the past. Had it not been for this forum, you would still think we were ignoring your order and your requests for help — which we have not.

Anyone who has an ISP who blocks and censors email will end up blaming the company they ordered from instead of the real culprit — their own ISP.

Would have loved to see this offer last a little longer for people who are just getting they power back on after the effects of Sandy! I myself just missed it by a few hours.

Me too, Janet. Dang it! However, I do thank God all we lost was power, and apparently this WinPatrol deal. Maybe it will be offered again, someday. So many have lost everything, and some their lives, to Hurricane Sandy. I’m praying for them.
