We’re Not Ignoring You… Honest!

Have you submitted a question, comment, or suggestion lately and didn’t get an answer? We’re sorry!

During the last 36 hours, we’ve been busy updating our contact, scheduling, and other forms. The forms are the backbone of our site and our business because they make it easy for you to contact us.

It all started with the last update to Chromium-based browsers like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Vivaldi, and others. It seems the update broke the “Submit” buttons on all our web forms (they worked fine on Mozilla-based browsers like Firefox).

Our contact forms were not working from Friday morning (3/3/23) until this morning (3/4/23) when the updates were finally completed.

The forms now have a fresh new look and they are working well (finally).

So, if you submitted a question, comment, or suggestion, or if you filled out a request for help with Emsisoft within the last 24 hours or so, you didn’t get a response from us because we never received the form submissions.

We’re not ignoring you, we promise. The forms are updated and working now.

If you submitted a question, comment, or suggestion within the last 24 hours, please resubmit it now so we can help you.

Here is the link to the new contact form.

If you submitted a question about Emsisoft within the last 24 hours, please resubmit right now so we can help you with Emsisoft.

Here is the link to the new Emsisoft support form.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Making it easy for you to contact us and for you to get answers and help from us in a timely manner is very important to us.

Thanks so much for your understanding, and for your friendship, and support.

Maybe your not done fixing think, but New contact link as it is now has a lot of comments from 2013, etc. Good advice for back then but people who don’t payn attention to dates will be confused or maybe do the wrong thing.

I too have had serious problems with GOOGLE CHROME BROWSER…uninstalled it and deleted the google folder in the user folder as per your suggestion. Then reinstalled GOOGLE CHROME 64 bit as suited to my OS and PC. All is working well right now but with GOOGLE I always feel like I am skating in thin ice. If I weren’t so deeply into GOOGLE family, Gmail, and features like G maps and Google photos…I would completely abandon the corporation. But I have too many of their “sweet” apps, extensions, to making switching practical or easy. I would never recommend GOOGLE to anyone. But they grab you with so many in-house “treats.”
