We’ve Been Thinking About Making Some Changes
I know that scares you…when we say “we’ve been thinking”, that can’t be good, right? Well this time we think we’ve hit on an idea that you’ll like, but we’re not sure.
We have been thinking of expanding our weekly Premium newsletter from just another tech newsletter to something new and different, and hopefully interesting.
We’ve been thinking of keeping our computer tips and tricks and computer questions and answers, but adding to them some of the following: recipes, helpful, handy household tips, travel tips, automotive tips, book reviews and other features. We have been thinking of accepting contributions from you – our readers – asking you to share your favorite household tips, car tips, travel tips, clever household tricks, recipes, even your favorite restaurants and more…taking your ideas and combing them with them with our computer tips, tricks, questions/answers, site picks and/or freeware picks to build a completely new and unique newsletter.
We’d like to give those of you who like to write a chance to share your skills with us. We think it would make our newsletter unique and interesting with something something for everyone.
We want to be more than just a tech newsletter, we want to be your newsletter. Take our poll below and let us know what you think of our idea. We want to grow our newsletter by being unique.
Well, you might think we’re crazy, hanging around with you… but really, what do you think? Tell us!

As a Life Member I have enjoyed all the info you have given. Whatever it takes to maintain a viable and, hopefully , profitable letter, is essential. I wish you the best in selecting the direction that will take you to that goal. You have been so very good and responsive to our requests. Many thanks and good luck in your efforts.
Chuck Miller, Barberton, Ohio.
I think you are making a lot of work for yourselves if you start adding to the present newsletter. Importantly can you make some money out of it. if not leave it alone. I think you are doing a great job as it is. Have you thought of having an annual sub for the newsletter. A small one would not frighten too many away but it would add to your income. Another thought, maybe a separate newsletter with with advertisements or something. I think at times that you have too much for free and one day you will have to close down. Now that would be bad for all of us!!

Out of the 22 votes you received so far, I see I am the only one who would like it left as a computer newsletter. I already have access to countless newsletters and articles about all the topics you asked us to vote on. I only subscribe to one computer newsletter – InfoAve Premium. I used to receive other computer newsletters but quickly realized that you two are the only honest people that tell it like it is and do not lead us astray for financial gain. For that, I will be forever grateful. It doesn’t sound like you are thinking of doing this this because you may make more money out of your planned endeavor but if it is may I offer a suggestion on how you may make more by keeping it as a computer newsletter – go back to charging an annual subscription. I already try to donate at least that amount over the years, more if I am able.
Having said that, I will still subscribe to InfoAve Premium whatever you decide to do because I really need your expert advice on dealing with computers and the internet.
Douglas Walmsley, Canada
I agree with Douglas.
So many people all ready have a favorite place to get recipes as I do. I also have favorite sites that I go to for the other information you want to try and add.
The most important thing about your news letter as it is, is all the information you give on using the computer and things to watch out for.
I learn the best by using step by step instructions. Giving a heads up about what we might run into when trying to download one of the products you suggest. Sometimes when I try to download a product you suggested I run into a lot more questions.
I also agree with douglas. This is the only computer newsletter I want. I have plenty of recipes etc that I don’t even bother to look at anymore as there is so much of it. I read this newsletter always because there is always something of interest to me and I know I can count on it being reliable.
I agree with the above comments – don’t make more work for yourself. I will continue to follow regardless of changes. I have a lifetime membership and after ALL these years, still love what you do! Keep up the great work
other category: how about a couple of written jokes or cartoons so we can have a chuckle or two while we are reading the newsletter.
Other Category – Fitness/Dieting tips for those of us that need them.
Why would you want to change the best the internet has to offer?!!!! Your newsletter is the best!
Try a change, if it doesn’t work out you can always go back to the old ways.
The existing newsletter is excellent and looked forward to each week. However why not make it better by improving?
Standing still makes it hard to go forward !!
I think you guys are the best and changing things up now and then is often a good thing. I always look forward to your newsy newsletter but also it would be a welcome addition to see a great recipe – or book review, some tips or tricks — – or whatever, and if there’s something there that doesn’t interest me, I don’t have to read it. I’ll bet your ‘new idea’ will be well received!! …. but I have to ask … on the poll page, what’s with the skulls … kind of creepy don’t cha think??!!
I enjoy this newsletter so very much. And, I truly believe, “If it isn’t broken – don’t fix it.” It seems most everything now days is being “fixed.” Some things simply need to be left alone — unless there is a huge demand for change.
Thank you for all the great computer related, helpful articles. You two are simply the best!
I feel You reaching.
I feel Guilt.
I have been with You from coming out of DOS, I was able to provide support and donations of Past.
Sorry – Life has gotten in the Way, I still enjoy every morsel I can Open from You. Look forward to getting your service for PC care and more as soon as possible again !
Guilt comes from my lack of support ! appears $$$$$$ is forcing this look to expansion for you, that is Sad. Hope I and others can get better, in this economy and get back to your Support – and Save this and like endeavors from dilute, what you best.
GOOD luck !
THANKS
Darrel
I really like your newsletter as it is. I also want you to be able to stay in business & if this is what it takes then that is OK. I most certainly will continue to subscribe to the newsletter & the other services you offer.
I like the Newsletter as it is but will willingly accept any changes deemed appropriate
for future relevance and increased circulation. Your publication presently is,in my opinion,
unique and is obviously appreciated by your very loyal readers.
On behalf of your Australian readership …best wishes to the “dynamic duo”
Look forward to every Friday to read this newsletter and agree with most of your other subscribers in that what you provide to all of us is terrific as is but understand the thought in expansion too.
Will stay with what is tried and true.
Reta
I love your newsletter the way it is, but as you said spring is on the way somewhere, and each springtime it is a time to make changes. In the other field, how about, some places to go to or websites to go to for camera tips to get those great looking pictures. Recipes, there are many on each site, that keep popping up, to me there is always a lot to choose from with recipes. I am not a writer, but I would not mind to donate some household, garden tips and even tips for skin or facial or body tips with items that are in ones own cupboard. Why not also extend it to tips for family pets.
There are many sites and newsletters that provide recipes, homemaking tips, travel advice etc. I already know the ones that are helpful to me.
Your site is one of very few that will answer computer questions from those who have limited computer experience and vocabulary. You have alerted me to many dangers in the past and reassured me about computer rumors that are no cause for concern. This is knowledge that I could get nowhere else, since I ‘m far from fluent in Computer-eze. You don’t sell computer products, so I can trust your advice as non-biased. You welcome the simple questions without condescension. You accept the complex, and answer them appropriately. I think there are many senior citizens who depend on you. They are not trying to become experts, they just want to enjoy their computers.
I wouldn’t mind paying a small subscription fee because what you offer is valuable.
I don’t feel you need to change; but it seems you think you do. I already subscribe to recipes, travel and household newsletters. I wouldn’t like it if they suddenly started giving computer advice. You’re great at what you do. Stick with it. If you need to add a bit of ‘refreshment’ I am with the person who said a cartoon or two to make us laugh. That would be a nice simple touch!
I like it the way it is, BUT what about doing a different eNL with all those subjects and more??? I wouldn’t like to see them mixed together.
A beautiful picture of the day, would also be nice.
I bet the changes will bring you more subscriptions and thus more people will know about
your marvelous Tech support.
I do enjoy the newsletter every week and read it all and like everything in it.
As your newsletter is now worldwide I would like to make this comment.
Recipes are often difficult to replicate in different countries. Different brand names, unknown ingredients.
Cars too are different, you even drive on the wrong side of the road, for goodness sake!! LOL.
Gardening tips are also subjective to where you live, climate, and seasons.
Please, please, NO health, diet, skin care etc, every newspaper and magazine is full of them!
So far this all seems very negative however I would like to see more personal stories and blogs.
Some of the NOTH blogs are very good and provide thoughts for discussion.
Your own essays TC have always been very popular, open up that area for members to send in their essays.
Perhaps a segment called “Memories”.
What’s it like to live in………………….somewhere round the world?
We want our newsletter to be different and better than the others.
Right on! You said it perfectly. I never thought of the regional differences in climate, food, etc. The idea for a “Memories’ segment or portions of the NOTH blogs are great! Hope TC and EB read your comment.
But!!!! It is already perfect! I love your newsletter just as it is, I have learned so much from you guys and trust you with all my heart!
There are recipes all over the place…don’t do that, LOL
Just a thought. Why not use the teasers that you use in your emails mirrored on your Facebook wall also. One click and we’ve shared the link to your website, just as if we were to forward to our friends in our mailbox. But with a lot less hassle on our part.
I purchased a lifetime membership many years ago for $10 (I think). That probably didn’t cover the cost of the first twelve issues of InfoAve Premium. So, for many years I’ve received a free weekly newsletter. I receive a number of other newsletters, but yours has always been the best source for straight forward, easy to understand, and honest information about the things that interest me the most, computers and computer related technology. Your thoughts on expanding your newsletter leave me cold. When I wanted to find out how to test a starter solenoid or replace the elements and thermostats on a water heater, I asked Google. Your “one newsletter for all issues” immediately triggered the thought, Nortonitis. Your newsletter ain’t broke, don’t fix it! If cash flow is the issue, will changing your newsletter in an attempt to generate additional $12 lifetime memberships solve the problem? I would gladly invest $24 a year for “one of the Web’s best computer newsletters”. My check is in the mail.
I have been with you and learnt so much from you for many years(ever sine I got my first computer) and you have always given the good advice on every subject, so why not expand if you so desire (and have the time ). However I think that it is up to us to appreciate your efforts to keep doing the right thing and perhaps subsidise you a bit more.
I agree with the many others above that your newsletter is great as it is. That said, if any change or new items will result in a benefit to Cloudeight, I’m all for it! If you do decide to add other items to your newsletter, how about some tips on health and fitness since many of your readers are in the Senior category? As I get older, I’m very interested in this subject and appreciate information from many sources. I also like the idea of travel blogs, and would be willing to contribute in either of these areas IF you decide change is needed.
Other.
TC & EB with CloudEight, Infoave, NOTH, and more have served us well since the beginning of the newsletter.
All ideas for extensions of interest in the newsletter are good ideas, and maybe a forum in the ‘Daily News’ where individuals can ask for computer assistance and be directed to the eBooks (and purchases=’hint-hint’)
I have been a reader of your Cloudeight for 11 years. Along the way I tried similar newsletters which have all fallen by the wayside for one reason or another. Just about every program on my computer has been recommended by you, certainly all my protection and back-up. You are very good at what you do, please do not spoil it by mixing it with anything not relevant to computers. If you wish to do other things then start a second newsletter with a different name
I have also been a reader of many years and, in my humble opinion, Information Avenue is by far one of the standout Newsletters on the Internet. I have learnt so much from you both, and I use many of the programs that you have recommended, and because of this I feel safer when using my computer.
My personal preference would be for you to stick with the current format, but hey, whatever you do, you will still have my support.
Good luck and good fortune.
TC ‘n EB, I’ve given it much thought and decided that most of us have stayed with you over the years just because of “The Way You Are Today”. I can’t remember how many years I’ve been with you, sometime since Win 95 and on up thru’ a lot of the operating systems. The computers I have running today ‘are’ because of you, your tips, suggestions. I have loved the free websites even if I don’t keep a lot of the programs for long. Just knowing about them is a boon, many times fun. As some said, I’ve seen a lot of sites started off like yours, only to dwindle, lose their glitter and go by the wayside… or change faces and fade from my inquisitiveness over time. Yours is the only one that has remained a part of my daily and weekly platform. I would not like to see your site cluttered with things I’m not interested in. As you’ve pointed out yourself, we are not all the same nor are we interested in the same things. I’m afraid that some of the stuff mentioned would eventually cause me disinterest and eventually I would let them slide by more often, just sort of fading away over time. “Computer Related” is your bailiwick, and should stick with that. Maybe some jokes, maybe a item on the way things were.
Being an old timer myself, I like to see more on “How Things Work” today as I can’t keep up with my grandkids on all this new technology and all the things that we/man can do with simple home systems. Interaction with other equipment like TVs, printers, cameras, what is the cloud, WiFi, what is secure and what isn’t… funny, isn’t that what you already do though? 😉
I’m not crazy about the small handheld systems as they are many, and in such fierce competition so I no longer have any interest in them as to what and why the kids have put them to use and seeing what it’s done to their generation as far as social behavior goes. Or what I call the “Dummy Down” syndrome. This has spread up through my kids from our grown grandkids. I guess they consider the social websites are now a substitute for email… it is not. I guess I still think a phone should be a phone, a camera should be a camera, a message system should be a message system, ie; intercom, CB, Dick Tracy radio, etc. I personally don’t think a 5 year old needs a computer. Many see it as human advancement in children, I guess I do not. A computer should be a computer, a toy should be a toy.
So, continue to do as what you are good at… TC should continue to heckle EB. Maybe some feedback from her is in order now and then (ha). Thank you again for the great jobs you do. Seriously, I don’t think you need to complicate your lives any more, your hands are full now. Roger
AMEN! I have been with you (TC and EB) since you first started Cloudeight, and though I taught computer software in colleges and adult JVS, I still learn soooo much from your newsletter (“Life Member”), and now that I am retired (79 yrs old) and can’t afford more expenses (retirement income does not even cover our monthly mortgage payment) I still support Cloudeight by purchasing every eBook you come out with and your repair supbscriptions – I have 3 and have not used any of them – thanks to your newsletter. I will continue to support you in any way I can with my limited resources. God Bless+ you both and may He an the Holy Spirit help you to continue the the GREAT work and HONESTY that you have been doing. Rich
I, too, like Roger have been with you many years. My first thought was that you are making more work for yourself. The daily and weekly info has been helpful more times than I care to count. I was happy when you added your essays. They tell us about the things that are important to you besides helping us with everything connected to computers. I feel safe because I have 3 keys if and when I need one. I have told many folks about Cloud Eight and how you explain things and answer questions. I like everything in the newsletter. I will vote and won’t complain about whatever you decide to add to the newsletters. If there is something that doesn’t peak my interest, I can always quickly scan over it and move on. I think you folks should do whatever it takes to stay in business. I’m not sure where I would be or what I would do without you two.
I have enjoyed your newsletter for many years. I believe in you both and know whatever decisions you make will be for the best for all. I will continue to follow your letter and support your ideas.
You have covered things in a way we can understand and add a chuckle to make us feel like we are real people.
Try to remember though that when you take on more it will be adding to your stress and then come the ads, which we all know are annoying.
I am sure whatever it is you do, it will be done as well as Cloudeight has been done through the years.
THANK YOU!!!!!!!
Helen A.
Very good thoughts, all (or most). I agree with Jim and Carol and Gay, and with whoever it was who suggested LISTING SITES where we can go for whatever our individual interests – perhaps even including recipes and fitness sites. That way, the rest of us who don’t care a whit about those things don’t have to be subjected to seeing them, but those of us who are interested can rush right out and click. I, too, would happily invest in a higher price for your lifetime newsletter. And if there is anything that WE, your supporters, can do to help your project along, do ask us. I’m sure everyone who is reading it now will be equally willing to do something “for the cause”. You are good people, and you provide a great service. I hope that you do not become one of a dying breed who must succumb, leaving us with nowhere to turn, and you – well – with too much time on your hands! Just kidding, but do please feel free to ask us. We are there for you, too. Thank you.
Of course you are free to what you like. I already have apps or web sites to get any or all of that information, specific to my wallet, destination and travel conveyances. For household tips we had Heloise now we have Pinterest.
I think it is matter of increasing income. And of now, I have a newsletter that not only costs me for the “full” edition, but also have ads so pervasive that the paragraphs are rife “blued” words, as if to clarify the text, but are actually non-related ads for other products.
As a student from DOS 3.1, High Speed 1200 baud (yea, real BAUDOT Code”) modems. I could live with RELATED ads to the site. Whatever you decide, if it maintains the same quality as “THIS” current newsletter, then let the “OTHER” one (Travel, Household, Foodies) stand on it’s own. As an
Accepted Authority”, I have convinced a few people to at least check out the worthwile aspects of the non-techie side of good help. Please don’t degrade it, Make the other thing a separate entity.
Thank You,
Bob
Life Member since 1938
I also Agree, Your Newsletter is Wonderful! But if you see a change would be Better, go for it! We will always be Here for Both of you.
I don’t know if anyone else has said this, since I didn’t read all the replies. But there is something to be said about overkill on supplying information. A lot of the information you are suggesting are already available on the internet.
I rely heavily on your expertise on computers and that’s all the information I need from your newsletter. If you attempt to become something like a “Walmart” of information, you may lose your special position as a unique and trustworthy source of authentic computer care. Remain specialists…don’t spread yourself too thin. Besides, I don’t have the time to go over a lot of the stuff you already have in your newsletter.
Newest and latest tech inovations as they pertain to computer industry
I too think you should leave things alone. If you want to add, add a bit on notepads and phones. There are thousands of sites to look to for recipes, etc. but those for computer care and knowledge are few, especially in a language we can understand. I can hardly get through the newsletter as it is now. I can’t see my reading the other stuff. I agree with a small annual subscription fee.
I was lucky enough to find your website when I got my first computer. I immediately became a Premium member as I saw how it would benefit me. I did not know anything about computers, was not a kid and was on my own as far as the computer. Most of the programs I have on my computer are because they were recommended by you and I knew they would be safe.
My time on the computer is limited and I would rather things stay as they are, BUT if adding other things will help you in any way, GO FOR IT! You have to do what is best for you.
Thanks for all your help down through the years and also for the many laughs and yes sometimes tears. You are the greatest. God Bless.
After thinking this over, I have to agree with most replies listed so far. I have relied on your newsletter to help me stay informed about computer matters, and have trusted your information successfully for years. There really is no reason to add other content unrelated to computers. You do a wonderful job.
Perhaps one area that would be useful would be to help us understand some of the ins and outs of using an iPad, and smart phones. I am in my 70s and these phones drive me crazy, since operating manuals are complicated and hard to follow. (Well, at least for some of us old folk- My 8 year old granddaughter just taught me how to do Facetime. What can I say?…)
I do like the comment about adding a joke or cartoon to your letter. Other than that, keep doing what you are doing! Thank you for that!!
Please, please, please don’t change a thing! Your newsletter is the only, ONLY, one I trust dealing with computers. There are just so many newsletters out there dealing with pet care, skin care, travel tips, recipes galore and all I really want to read about on your site is about computers. Its’ not broke, don’t try to fix it! You two keep telling us that over and over again so please do not change a thing.
Like things just the way they are. I would not make anymore work for yourselves, you do enough.
NO! Please don’t start adding all that other fluff stuff. I already get plenty of that kind of thing. I subscribe to your newsletter because it is about computers and I have come to trust your advice and information over the years. I do not subscribe to any other computer newsletters but yours. If you start adding all the other stuff you have mentioned, it will alienate a bunch of your core people who come to you for what you are best known for. I do think it might be nice to have a guest article from some of the readers sometimes. I am sure there is a lot of untapped talent among us.
Many years ago, after subscribing to your stationary site, discovering and reading a few issues of the free InfoAve, I paid the fee for InfoAve Premium and haven’t missed an issue yet. Computer tips and tricks is what I signed up for…nothing else. InfoAve Premium is by far STILL the best for that, but only because you’ve maintained honesty and integrity to your subject. The occasional digressions mostly (TC’s essays), sites of the week, are as far astray as I want to go. I would hate to see such a valuable and focused newsletter mucked up with recipes or any other stuff, You have already provided a place for those with NOTH. Beyond that, there are enough great websites and groups out there already that discuss any of the subjects in your list and others not on your list. A major point is that ALL of them are dedicated to their own subjects. Don’t try to be everything to everybody….you can’t. Besides that. your “plates” are already full.
Yours is NOT “just another tech newsletter” as you put it. It’s the ONLY responsible and trustworthy techy newsletter in my book. Now, let’s get serious. What are your REAL motivations for such deep thoughts on changing things? What do you WANT to do? Are you bored? Are you trying to increase readership, subscriptions? i don’t think your idea is good at all….not for me. Tell me YOUR real and personal reasons for this article, then let us respond to that.
I have a lifetime subscription to this newsletter because it provides what I consider to be honest information concerning the things I want to know about. Over the years I have learned so much. Please continue with the work that you do and leave the other stuff to another newsletter. I feel this newsletter is large enough as it is. If I wanted to know about those other subjects, I would subscribe to newsletters with that information. You’re the best at what you do!
Change if you must, but I agree with so many others, your newsletter is the only one that I trust to give me great computer information and nothing else. I can go elsewhere to get recipes, tips on everything imaginable, and so on. If you do decide to make changes, I still will continue reading your newsletter every week. I have been with you from the very beging and have made contributions, which I do need to to again. Happy Easter.
Hi TC and EB,
It is your Newsletter and you can do with it what you wish but for me, I don’t want to view one more recipe, be told where the best place to eat is, where to go for vacation, what book is a good read, ad nauseam. There are just too many places on the internet to find information on any subject for you to include those in your newsletter. For years, we have leaned on Cloudeight for our computer info and have built a trust for the two of you. I think to go further into those mentioned subjects would “water down” your excellent newsletter. If you choose to go for it, then perhaps maybe have only links to those subjects so we who don’t care to read them can just bypass when perusing your newsletters. Thanks for asking!
J.P. said exactly what I was thinking. Don’t be a one stop for all. I just don’t think that is you! Most people just have to much email to read as it is. I’m afraid you are going to end up with a little bit of computer related things and a whole lot of tips on how to use vinegar in your home. How to make a chicken casserole. When is the last time you changed your oil in your car? I’m being funny and I’m not! I might eat my words on this and I hope I do. I have always enjoyed coming over here. We will see….
TC and EB
I have been receiving your newspaper for years and have learned so much about computers, and help about them and just about every program on my computer has been recommended by you As you are both so knowable in this area, and most of all I have complete trust and learned all I know about computers in the past 15 years. Please don’t change a excellent newsletter like weekly InfoAve Premium I completely trust any new programs , sites you publish and never had a problem with anything. Especially Emsisoft anti- malware, how many of us would be in trouble with a virus or such if it wasn’t for your newsletter. Any of the other items you mention, we can find on google ,recipes ,car repair etc.
Please keep up with the good paper you have, My Dad would say If it is not broken don’t try to fix it.
I wish you both continued good luck with the existing weekly newsletter which I look for each Friday. If you require more income as things are always going up charge a yearly subscription maybe a dollar or more a week, not that I am rich but remember nothing in this world is now cheap or free. Buy a computer Magazine and you will be paying $7 or $9 a week at the counter and I would trust much in it and they are over filled with ads.TC and EB you both have much to do now, computer repair ,not over the hill ,Daily short newsletter. Please don’t’ spoil a good thing by adding more work for your self’s, TC we don’t want you to get exhausted then EB would have to nurse you back to health, I don’t know what she would think of that!! LOL.
Thank you and take care, also “Happy Easter” to you both, just don’t’ eat any brown eggs the bunny leaves behind!
Vivien~Phyllis , Manitoba, Canada.
I would ^ trust much should read I would “not “trust much * lines up from bottom.
I would also be interested on tips and tricks for tablets. As well under your book review headings, anywhere you can find great audio books or e books to read. Thanks.
I think it could be tough to make perfection better than it already is! You are the only computer newsletter I subscribe to as I would never trust anyone else the way I trust you two. You never sell out and go for the pie in the sky….you stay honest and in this day and age that is a rare comodity indeed. I am so grateful for all of your pearls of wisdom you share about the “how to’s” of new operating systems, and how to save yourself when the cyber boogieman tries to nab us…..and how to avoid the cyber boogieman! I love that you test programs to see how well they work before you recommend them to us. Every valuable bit of knowledge I have about computers is solely from your perfect newsletter. If you are feeling stagnant, and want to add other things to your newsletter, I would still be a huge fan, but, at least in my opinion, you Rock just the way you are. You do things to keep us happy all the time, and you should focus on what would keep you two happy as well…..so you never leave us! And if you’d like to charge an annual fee, I’m ok with that too! You’re worth it. ♥
G’Day…TC & Darcy,
RE: “we’ve been thinking”
Long time devoted member.
I believe… If it ain’t broke… don’t fix it.
Recipes, helpful handy household tips, travel tips,
automotive tips, book reviews. Are a dime a dozen on the internet.
BUT…there is only ONE Cloudeight.
That’s why you have such a loyal and devoted following.
Are you going to road test all the hints and tips… like you do for us now?
I don’t think so.
If it is a financial benefit to you…I say go for it.
If not, leave as is.
I and others down here would be willing to pay an annual fee ($10)
It is still good value for the amount of COMPUTER info you TEST and supply for us.
You are old enough to remember that Ned Miller song…
*Do what you do, do well*
I would simply say that you should not beat yourself up about anything, but if you come across an interesting recipe, an unusual tip or whatever, then feel free to pass it on, but do not feel forced to make these additions in every newsletter, just as they pop up.
melody covered/expressed my feelngs /thoughts on your news letter so clearly that I agree wholeheartedly!.
( Just 2 bits more anyway 🙂
You two have certainly earned and deserve trust with your honesty and care which are to be highly valued – as have become almost extinct in todays world!
Perhaps a subscription offer is in order?
It would be well worth it to me for all of the things I have learned along the way the years I have been reading it. Many times I was amazed at all the help you gave freely and kept us informed. It’s been a perfect mix the way it is IMHO.
Whatever you feel you need to do, I will understand and still read what I have time for.
Gosh TC – your wild sense of humor has entertained and your essays show your depth as well. Just once in a while when you pick on Darcy I think she must figure out ways to getcha when you’re not lookin’ . 🙂
You want to know what I think? Seriously??? OK. The Friday, 27-mar-2015 newsletter, was the last one before April 1st, which is next Wednesday. And I think there’s a connection there. (Nudge, nudge, *wink, *wink, know what I mean?)
I’m a little late at responding, but I have to agree with what a lot of people have said, leave the newsletter alone! I have access to several recipe sites, home improvement, crafts etc., etc. The one thing I can’t find is relevant, unbiased computer information, articles & what not-to-do’s. Your newsletter gives me that and is why I’ve been with you all these years.
Do what you must to stay afloat, I will always be here to support you all I can.
