      I just tested it and using a VPN I was able to access the site from Germany, Canada, and the Netherlands. At the bottom of the Wonderopolis home page there’s a button that says “Share with the world”. So while I can’t actually test it from Canada, I can use a VPN to appear to be from Canada and other countries and I had no problem accessing https://wonderopolis.org/. Additionally, I can see no reason why it would not be available.
