Would like to purchase (or use a computer repair key that I purchased some time ago and never used) but having problems being able to get successful page displays while on line. After several attempts to refresh I have my Cloudeight Home page up and this booster page, though it is not displaying everything. I keep losing my email pages when I click on one to open or try to go to another folder and it takes numerous times of refreshing to get my inbox up again. When I go to my search feature on Internet Explorer, I get a “google search page” with only the top “box” of search options and even that displays in a “transparent-look”. I have tried all the Internet Explorer suggested “help” ideas for pages not loading/displaying, and still nothing helps. I either get a page saying unable to display or I get a blank page which on the tab says “blank page”. Note: Registry Mechanic is working on schedule and I even am getting Microsoft download updates as well as my Avast virus check updates, but not able to successfully “surf” or even get full displays on the pages that do sometimes display after LONG loading attempts. Mararet Borrecco Would do as you told Yvonne above, but just can not get other pages to load and then I am back with out even THIS one! I can access my email from my Kindle in case I get an answer via my email. This may not even post….
This posted just fine. I’d like to give you a definitive answer but your problems could be caused by any number of things. Since you’re using Avast and it doesn’t protect you from the most common (and some of the most virulent) malware, my first guess would be malware. My second guess would be low memory. My third guess would be low memory caused by malware. It could be any number of things, but unfortunately to help you we’d have to connect to your computer and find out what’s going on which we can do with our Cloudeight Direct Computer Care service. If you want to schedule a session write us at cloudeightdirect @ gmail.com (remove the spaces) and let us know when you’re available and your time zone. I’m pretty sure we can fix your problems. Also, as a temporary measure, try downloading, installing, and using Chrome instead of Internet Explorer – see if that makes things a little better in the meantime.
I tried twice to install Windows 10 and both times I got a blueish green screen telling me that there was an error first time that happened I had to take it to my computer friend and we had to uninstall Win 10 and put my Win 7 Pro back in. Nest time when I tried to install Win 10 I got the same thing so I just uninstalled 10 and put my 7 back in. I would like to put Win 10 in cause when it worked it was great but am afraid to try again don’t know why I keep getting the blue screen telling me ERROR # such and such but really starting to tick me off. You would need to contact Microsoft if you’re sure your computer meets all the requirements for Windows 10. You could also try installing it from a DVD or USB. See http://www.thundercloud.net/infoave/new/where-to-download-windows-10-upgrade-free/for a tutorial.
