    I have a Gmail account and did not receive my usual copy of the newsletter today.
    It was not in my Spam folder either.
    In all the years you have sent newsletters, I have only not received my copy twice.

      We are aware of this problem and are doing our best to fix it. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. This is the 2nd week we’ve had problems delivering to Gmail addresses. Our newsletter sending service has been notified and they are working on the problem and hopefully, we’ll get it fixed before next week’s issue is sent.

    Fyi, I have gmail, which is where I usually receive the weekly newsletter, except for the last 2 weeks, it’s not going into my spam folder either. I receive the daily news letters just fine, everyday.
    What is going on with the weekly delivery, seems to be a problem on your end, whatever you changed 2 weeks ago hasn’t been fixed as far as I’m concerned. Been a subscriber since forever. Hope you can get it fixed soon.

    I’m subscribed with a Gmail account and I’ve not received the newsletter the last two weeks. It’s not in my spam folder either. 😒

    This is the second straight week I have not received the Cloudeight InfoAve Weekly. They were not in my spam folder and I have a Gmail account.

    Like the previous subscriber, I also have a Gmail account and have not received the news letter the last two weeks. It is not in my spam folder either. I receive all the daily newsletters and the notification letter sent out on Saturday but not the Weekly newsletter.

    Same with me, too. But I always open EVERYTHING from Cloudeight, so I use that reminder to get into the weekly issue. Thank you, Cloudeight, for all that you do!
