I keep getting several comments that I should DELETE some IN BOX stuff, like BELOW !
To fix this problem, delete some messages from your mailbox, and contact
the sender to resend the message.
I have deleted so much stuff for weeks now , ,,, BUT it is getting worse now !!! Can you fix it or tell me HOW ??
I Hardly have any of the stuff I really want to keep now.
I will not be available today for your reply. Charlie
You would need to log into your ISP Web Mail page and delete the mail from the server. Since this message came from your ISP, the best course of action is to call your Internet Service Provider and have them clean up you inbox. I can’t assist you since you don’t mention whether you check your mail with browser or an email program. If you’re using an email program then I would need to know the name. Apparently your provider is keeping all your mail – it’s better than bad spam filters which delete good mail too.
Since I don’t know what kind of mail set up you have, I have no way of helping you. I can suggest you get a GMAIL account that does have good spam control and is 99% accurate in separating good email from bad.
I’m sorry Charles, I just do not have enough info to help you.
