Question – is there another free program you recommend besides TeamViewer ? Been using it for years and love it. For some reason all of a sudden they have flagged my account as a business account and are demanding I purchase. I only use it to log onto my dads computer and help him. Any suggestions? I’m not paying $50/mo to do that.
Hi Andi, we use GoToAssist but that’s a lot more expensive than TeamViewer. I don’t have any personal experience with other remote programs. I do know that Windows 10 has something called Quick Assist. It works great. It requires that both the helper and the person being helped are using Windows 10. You can read more about Quick Assist here. In fact, Andi, you inspired that tip… thank you!
